- Estimated delivery time depends on your location:
- Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days
- Express Shipping: 2-4 business days
Shipping Locations
- We currently ship across India.
- International shipping is not available at the moment.
Order Tracking
- Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
- You can track your order on our website or through the courier partner’s website.
Damages & Issues
- Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, so we can resolve the issue.
- Claims must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
Lost or Stolen Packages
- Airexa is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they are marked as delivered by the courier.
- If you experience any issues, please contact the courier service for assistance.
Returns & Refunds
- We accept returns within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is unused and in its original condition.
- Shipping costs for returns are non-refundable.
- Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after we receive the returned product.
