Processing & Shipping Time

  • We offer standard and express shipping options.

  • Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • Estimated delivery time depends on your location:

    • Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days

    • Express Shipping: 2-4 business days

Shipping Locations

  • We currently ship across India.

  • International shipping is not available at the moment.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

  • You can track your order on our website or through the courier partner’s website.

Damages & Issues

  • Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, so we can resolve the issue.

  • Claims must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

Lost or Stolen Packages

  • Airexa is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they are marked as delivered by the courier.

  • If you experience any issues, please contact the courier service for assistance.

Returns & Refunds

  • We accept returns within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is unused and in its original condition.

  • Shipping costs for returns are non-refundable.

  • Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after we receive the returned product.
